Most costly mold mistakes don't happen during inspections or remediation. They happen between steps: choosing the wrong test, hiring the wrong contractor, misunderstanding results, or making decisions without enough context.

The Mold Success Plan is designed to help you navigate those decision points with experienced guidance, so you can move forward with greater confidence and avoid expensive mistakes.

What's Included:

• 90-minute kickoff consultation to understand your situation, clarify goals, and develop a practical path forward

• Review of relevant reports, test results, photos, and contractor proposals associated with the issues being discussed during the consultation period

• One 60-minute follow-up consultation (typically around two weeks later, or when an important decision point arises)

• Between-session support for brief questions, clarification, and "does this sound right?" moments that help you make decisions between scheduled meetings

• Review and discussion of contractor proposals. Participation in contractor calls may be provided when helpful to the project

This plan is intended to provide guidance throughout the decision-making process, helping you understand your options, evaluate recommendations, and avoid common pitfalls.

Important Scope & Boundaries:

Between-session support is intended for brief questions and clarification between meetings.

Requests requiring substantial analysis, extensive document review, review of significant additional testing, participation in multiple contractor discussions, or new consultation topics may require an additional appointment.

Review of additional testing beyond what was originally discussed may require a separate consultation session depending on scope and complexity.

Support under this plan ends 30 days after the kickoff consultation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Not Included: Written reports • Expert witness services • Unlimited document review • Ongoing project management of remediation activities • Extensive participation in contractor selection, negotiations, or repeated bid reviews
