I provide expert review and litigation support for attorneys involving:
mold assessment and remediation; water and moisture intrusion; indoor air quality; sampling methods and laboratory results; remediation standards and scope; construction-related environmental conditions; VOC/source investigations; and conflicting environmental reports.
My role is to determine what the evidence establishes and what it doesn't.
Services include document and report review, laboratory-data interpretation, site investigation, development of testing strategies, evaluation of opposing expert opinions, written reports, deposition and testimony.
