Some problems can be resolved in a single conversation. Others unfold over time as new information comes in, testing is completed, contractors make recommendations, or new questions arise.

The Success Plan gives you ongoing access to experienced guidance for 30 days, helping you understand your options, evaluate recommendations, and make informed decisions as your situation develops.

What's Included:

• Four one-hour phone or Zoom consultations during the 30-day period, typically scheduled once per week.

• For new clients, the first consultation may be two hours. If a two-hour kickoff is used, it replaces the first two weekly consultations, leaving two one-hour consultations during the remainder of the 30-day period. The kickoff is used to understand your situation, clarify your goals, and develop a practical path forward.

• Review of relevant reports, test results, photos, contractor proposals, and other information associated with the problem we're working on.

• Between-session “got a minute?” support for brief questions, clarification, and those “Does this sound right?” moments that arise between scheduled consultations.

• Review and discussion of contractor recommendations and proposals. • Participation in contractor calls may also be provided when helpful.

Scope & Boundaries:

Between-session support is intended for brief questions and clarification, not additional consultation sessions.

Questions requiring substantial analysis, extensive document review, review of significant new testing or information, lengthy contractor discussions, or new consultation topics may need to be addressed during one of the weekly consultations.

The Success Plan provides support for 30 days. It can be renewed for an additional 30-day period if continued support is needed.

What's Not Included:
• Written reports • Expert witness services • Unlimited document review • Project management of remediation activities • Extensive participation in contractor selection, negotiations, or repeated bid reviews
